Currently no cure, there are some people who respond to treatment enough in which the meso is arrested, but in most people, the treatment only arrests the cancer for a short time, and eventually then they must try other treatments/surgery etc. I know of some people who are ten year survivors, and then you have others like my Dad who died about a year and a half after diagnosis. Docs just don’t know enough to know why one person responds to meds or surgery and another doesn’t….then we will have the cure.

It depends on the stage. Every cancer in stage 1 can be cured.
